No I am not a thief. I going to try to refund his money when I get paid at the first of the month. Two reasons he hasnt gotten it back yet. (1) My mother passed away and I had to spend what little I had to help with funeral expenses which i explained to him. (2) when ups accepted the claim it was only because he sent a fucking stove top to my work with an HKS EVC5 sticker on it. When I told ups that it wasnt the bc they put the claim on hold until the original item brought to ups and shown to them. I then call the buyer and let him know what happened about the stove top and let him know he needed to take it to ups. Well he sent me the ebc via fed ex. Well i contacted ups and told them what happened and they denied the claim from lack of evidence. So yes i am at truly sorry that this situation hasnt been resolved. I got a text on sunday morning and quickly replied with my intentions. But i feel he is just as much to blame since he didnt do what needed to be done to get the claim approved. If he only would have done that i wouldnt be typing this shit and he would have his 257 back. If i was a thief i would have let him keep the broken ass P.O.S. boost controller. P.S. I wish somebody would take a road trip to my fucking house over some hearsay bullshit I have something just for you
